I endeavor to say more with less… reducing sculpture to its basic elements, using simple and direct forms and imagery with a strong sense of that which is playful and whimsical. Much of my work is made of steel. It is cut out, formed and shaped. My sculptures are basically two dimensional, suggesting but never fully disclosing, the three dimensional world. I attempt to capture with each sculpture a compelling presence – enigmatic, powerful, and never quite fathomable.
