With a strong sense of hope and exuberance, Zhang He has embarked on a deeply creative journey to bring us the fresh body of work ‘In Harmony’.

Ascending to the heights of soaring birds, Zhang He’s imagination embraced the freedom of space to observe the surrounding natural world. Expressive motions, fluid lines, hot and cool colour tones combine to reveal a most dynamic interpretation unique to this artist.

Each brushstroke on the canvas is deliberate, and every negative space is intended. These are equally important to Zhang He. This display of harmonious balance may well reference the refined art of brush and ink that has transformed Chinese aesthetics over two thousand year. The artistic echoes of the past continue to enrich our present day.
